Sacred Heart tops Passerelle


SACRED Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) clinched the top spot in the Passerelle division of the Milo-backed SBP Passerelle Tournament after a close 56-54 win over University of the Visayas (UV) last weekend at the SHS-AdC Magis Eagles Arena.

It was a close affair entering the fourth quarter with UV up by a point, 39-38.

The Magis Eagles, however, started the fourth period with an 11-0 run, spearheaded by Michael Jordan and Maynard Uy, who combined for eight points in that run, for a 49-39 lead.
