David Cassidy has died Tuesday at the age of 67 shortly after being placed in an induced coma. Cassidy’s cause of death was identified as organ failure, according to People magazine. “David died surrounded by those he loved, with joy in his heart and free from the pain that had gripped him for so long,” his family said in a statement obtained by People. “Thank you for the abundance and support you have shown these many years.”
