[Bruce R. Lindsey, chairman of the board of the Clinton Foundation, sent a nine-page letter to ABC News in response to questions and a request to interview former President Bill Clinton on the subject of the Foundation’s work in Haiti. As you may know, President Clinton has been asked to serve Haiti in several ways and the Clinton Foundation has also worked in Haiti for many years, since before the 2010 earthquake that devastated the country. It’s important to understand and appreciate the different roles that each has played in Haiti, always at the request of the Haitian Government.
